Pantai Penyabong, Johor

Last Monday my friend Jazian called and ask me to company him and his daughter Fatin for a journey of 4nights to his sisters hometown at Raub, Rompin and Pekan, Pahang to celebrates Fatin's birthday. So I said why not? Straight away he picked me up and we're on our way to Jazian's hometown! 

 About 30 minutes drive from one of Jazian's sisters house at Rompin, Pahang there is a beautiful beach call Pantai Penyabong, Johor. The beach was originally known as Pantai Pasir Lanun (Pirate's Sand), on account of beliefs that pirates used to hide their loot in the sand. It was an ideal spot to come to shore and get fresh water. Pantai Penyabong is 36 km from Mersing. Take Route 36 from Mersing all the way to Endau town. There, make a right turn at the junction to State Route J182, and go all the way to the end, passing the villages fronting the sea on your left. 

Schumacher & Rosberg Drive Me Crazy at Suria KLCC

I attended the Team Mercedes GP Petronas ‘Meet the Fans’ session on Wednesday 6^th April 2011 at the Suria KLCC shopping mall located at the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event was held in conjunction with the Malaysian Formula 1 Grand Prix over at Sepang.

I get myself a brand new  Nico Rosberg Mercedes Petronas GP 2011 official cap (Off cause my old M.Schumacher cap had been signed by David Coulthard hehehe) cause they said Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher will present and they will signing autographs! Just went the promoter hand me over my new cap she said “Here’s your receipt and you can give a try with our F1 simulator”

Perhaps one of the main attractions is the F1 driving simulator! Where I placed myself in the shoes of an F1 racer. The simulator they said is one of a kind and is an actual simulator used by the real drivers to train and familiarize them selves with a track before they jump into a race. I get a taste of what it actually feels like to be Michael Schumacher. I guarantee it’s unlike any video / console game you’ve played. Admittedly, I got really caught up in the simulators in the sense of realness it brought in terms of experience!

I lined up early managed to get my F1 cap memorabilia signed by Schumacher and Rosberg, and the tattoo guy took off his shirt to show the crowd his 'Michael Schumacher' tattooed with a list of Schumacher's wins! 

Security made him put his shirt back on but it didn't stop him from showing his idol work of art and managed to win a hug from Schumacher!

Everyone cheered, clapped and laughed. The chap, European by the sound of his German accent, was led off stage and then everyone started taking his photograph too. I mean talk about stealing the limelight from a seven time world champion for a moment. This event could even make Nico Rosberg wonder whether or not he’ll achieve such levels of super-stardom.

At the end of the day I'm a happy guy with cap signature by Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg!

Tersempak Dgn David Coulthard

Selasa lepas (5th April 2011) hari paling gembiralah buat diriku ini. Manakan tak, baru jer aku nak angkat kaki balik dr kerja aku terpandang ada sesi photograph lak kat balcony tempat aku kerja. aku pun tanya ler member2 aku, matsaleh2 tu tgh buat photo-shot apa? n dierorg kate photo-shot tuk promote model baru Mercedes CLS63 AMG. Aku terus terpikir patut ler model2 pun cun n hensome giler, almaklumler..nak promote keta Rm1.2 million !

Tetiba mata aku terpandang salah satu model lelaki kt situ macam aku kenal, aku perhatikan betul2 model 2 iras2 David Coulthard driver F1 dulu 2. Aku tak puas hati, xkan Coulthard kot, klu dia kpr semua org buat xtau ajer.

Xpuas hati punya pasal aku nekat pergi jumpa dia masa dier break dr photo-shot tu. aku tahan dia n aku tanya "Sir r u David Coulthard the former F1 driver?", Terus dia senyum n said "Yes I am!". Aku pun apa lagi, mintak bergambar ler ngan dia, tak cukup ngan 2 aku mintak dia autograph aku nyer F1 cap yg kebetulan aku tgh pakai (Tgh nak F1 ni kan kat Malaysia).

Lepas aku dpt bergambar n autograph dia baru ler org2 kat situ sedar yg mamat matsaleh 2 rupa2nyer David Coulthard! sampai GM aku pun turun padang nak bergbr dgn dia..muhuhu!
